Return
& Exchange Policy
In order to deliver
better service we are offering 100% Satisfaction policy. Within 30 days from
our shipment date, you are entitled to return an unused item to us, and we will
be happy to refund or exchange it for you. Please note that all tags must still
be attached and items returned in the original packaging, and the item must in

PashminaCraft will
not be responsible for all costs in returning the item(s) back to us. You may
wish to insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost mail. All
exchanges please arrange additional payment for any price difference or our
return shipping costs back to you if the exchange is even in value. Please
include a phone number if you wish us to contact you for authorization to
charge your card for any price differential in an exchange. If your exchange is
for a lower priced item, a credit will be issued to your account.
If all conditions are
met for a return and/or exchange, there will be no restocking fees. Please note
that gift service and shipping costs are non-refundable, including the costs
incurred for the free standard shipping.
The original tags
must still be attached to the item in order to return or exchange. Any item
that has obviously been worn or otherwise used will be returned to you at your
expense. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.
For example, if a credit card was used to make the purchase, the refund will be
applied to that credit card. If a check was used, a refund will be issued
in check form.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Pashmina Store shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
